Fitness Tips To Help You Get Back In Shape

Izzy Fitness Tips

Fitness Tips, Advice, And Motivation From The Laziest Fit Guy You Will Ever Meet.

So why should you listen to me and my fitness advice and motivation?

I mean, I’m no personal trainer. I’m no fitness guru. I’m no certified nutritionist. I have no special fitness certifications or education of any kind or do I even pretend to have any. To be honest, I barely got through high school.

But that’s exactly why I’ve made this website. To show you how even a fairly lazy and laid back type of guy in his mid 30′s like me can get fit and stay fit. I build this website to show you that fitness is something that isn’t unattainable.  To show you that it’s something that isn’t as complicated as it’s made out to be.

I’m not a fitness model or will I be gracing the cover of some fitness magazine anytime soon. Honestly, I don’t believe it’s what people really want when it comes to getting fit anyways. Just getting as fit as we all were in our younger years would make the majority of us very happy.

I believe that anyone can have the body they truly desire if they simply follow some of the fitness tips and information I have discovered and learned over the years.

If you are looking to lose a little weight. If you are looking to get back into the shape that you used to be. If you are looking for a little motivation and inspiration to get you going, or if you are just gathering up a few fitness tips that will lead you in the right direction, you will find plenty of help here.

Over the years I have discovered that getting fit and keeping fit comes down to 3 important elements.

  1. Having a great attitude about yourself
  2. Working out and exercising
  3. Eating right and eating healthy

On this site you’ll find all the fitness tips and advice I’ve gathered over the years in all 3 of these categories.

From easy to follow healthy meal ideas that a lazy guy like me can cook up, to fitness motivation and inspiration that has kept me working out for years.

From very basic and simple fat loss tips I’ve learned over the years to a few simple workout routines you can use and follow to get yourself into great shape.

All of the fitness tips I put on this site are tips I have used and continue to use to this very day. I don’t believe in telling someone what they should do. I believe in showing someone what they should do.

I have said this many times to people I meet, ” If a lazy guy like me can get fit and into great shape, than I really believe that anyone can do it too.”

So hang out and enjoy this site. See how I have been able to keep myself in the same shape I was in high school without any special skills or training.

I hope some of the fitness tips on this site will help you on your journey.

I know you can do it!

Your pal,

Israel (Izzy) Saucedo

  1. Hey I am starting up a website of my own actually and I liked your idea here of yours. My site is not all the way up and has some work to do, but I was wondering if I give you a shout out and work with you with meals, workouts, and others if you would be down for that.
    Thanks,

  8. Just workout what ever time works best for you. It really doesn’t matter. I usally do in in the early evenings. You can eat before you workout but I don’t workout until about an hour after I eat. As for the pullup, find some bands that you can put on a door.
